การติดตั้ง

• ก่อนติดตั้งให้ตรวจสอบว่าบานพับถูกปรับแรงปิดให้น้อยที่สุด เพื่อให้ประตูเปิดได้ง่ายที่สุด
• บากบานประตูและวงกบเท่าความหนาบานพับ (ช่องว่างระหว่างบานกับวงกบ 2-3 มม.)
• หันด้านลูกศรชี้ขึ้นด้านบน
• กางบานพับที่ 100 องศาแล้วจึงติดตั้งกับบานประตูด้วยสกรู
• ปรับแรงปิดด้านบนแกนบานพับ ด้วยไขควงหกเหลี่ยมที่ให้มา ตามเข็มคือแรงปิดมากขึ้น ทวนเข็มคือแรงปิดน้อยลง ขันไขควงตามเข็มที่ 15 มม. คือระยะที่แรงปิดดีที่สุด
• ปรับความเร็วการปิดด้านล่างแกนบานพับ ด้วยไขควงหกเหลี่ยมที่ให้มา ตามเข็มคือช้าลง ทวนเข็มคือเร็วขึ้น ขันตามเข็มที่ 8 มม. คือระยะที่ความเร็วการปิดดีที่สุด (หรือปรับตามความพอใจ)

Installation

• Before installation, please ensure that the closing force at the top of the hinge is adjusted to the minimum and in the non-functional state (has been adjusted before delivery) to ensure that the hinge can be easily opened, convenient installation.
• Slot the door fan and door frame at the same time, the door gap it 2-3 mm.
• Open the hydraulic hinge to about 100 degree and install the door leaf to the door frame through the hinge.
• Closing force: located at the upper end of the hydraulic hinge, special hex screw clockwise rotation of the closing force becomes larger, counterclockwise rotation becomes smaller, clockwise into 15 mm. is the best closing force.
• Closing speed: located at the lower end of the hydraulic hinge, special hex screw rotates clockwise to slow the closing speed and counterclockwise to speed up. Clockwise into 8 mm. is the best closing speed.  (can be adjusted according to the need)
